SWE Atlanta Registration Policy

In order to ensure an accurate count for catering and room size, registration is required for all SWE Atlanta events. Online payment for our events is accepted and strongly encouraged.

If you would like to pay at the door:
  • You are still required to register online. Please select "manual" as the payment method. 
  • Only Cash or Check made payable to SWE Atlanta will be accepted at the door.
  • Those who register online prior to the event and select "manual" payment will owe the fee in accordance with their membership level (Paid SWE Member, or Non-Member/Guest). 
  • Those who show up at the door who have not regsitered online will owe the specified at-door fee for the event, regardless of their membership level.
Cancellation for SWE Atlanta events will only be accepted up to two business days prior to the event. Anyone who is registered for the event within two business days will be charged the full fee for the event. Any no-shows who have selected the "manual" payment method will be issued an invoice for the meeting fee.
